What do I get for $14?
Your first month. In that month we design and build your website, register a .com.au domain for your business, make your logo and brand pack, and host the site in Australia. You can ask the assistant for changes from the day it goes live.
What happens after the first month?
Your plan continues at $59 a month, GST included, charged to the card you signed up with. That covers hosting, security, your domain while you are subscribed, and changes through the assistant.
Can I see a design before I pay?
No. Every site is designed from scratch for one business, and that work starts once you sign up. The showcase is the best guide to what you will get: eleven concept sites for eleven different kinds of business, built by the same process that will build yours.
If something in your design is not right, tell the assistant and it changes it.
Can I take my website to another host?
No. Your website is built for and hosted on the Digisurge platform, and it cannot be exported or moved to another host. We say this up front, and again before you pay.
What is yours to keep: your domain is registered to your business, and your logo and brand pack are handed to you to use anywhere.
Who owns the domain?
Your business does. A .com.au domain has to be registered to an Australian business, so we register it in your business name using your ABN. If you already have a domain, you can connect it instead.
How do I make changes?
Sign in and tell the assistant what you want, in your own words: new opening hours, a price change, a new photo, a new page. It makes the change and publishes it. You never need to learn a page builder.
Will you use fake photos of my business?
Never. AI images are only used for atmosphere, textures and details. Anything that shows your actual work, team, products or premises comes from your own photos, or the design is made so it does not need one.
Do I get a tax invoice?
Yes. Prices include GST and every payment comes with a tax invoice from Digisurge Pty Ltd, ABN 14 647 066 368.
Who actually builds it?
Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic, does the research, design, writing, building and testing, working the way a senior studio team would. While we launch, a person at Digisurge checks every site before it goes live.
